HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Received 67/305 cartridges from HP Instant Ink Service. and those cartridges can't work on my printer. It shows E0 error after install those 67/305 cartridge.

Really shock that the service send me the cartridge that I cannot use, and then ask me to enroll and pay money monthly?  LOL

How to solve? will the instant ink service send correct cartridge in the future or keep sending wrong cartridges?

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to assist you.

I see that you are facing an issue with ink cartridges for your printer.

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

- Exact model number/product number(SKU number) of your HP Product (Click here for information on how to find the model number/product number).

- May I know the ink cartridge number that is compatible with your printer?

- Is it the size of the ink cartridge that you are not able to use it?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
