Hello,

 

My printer is no longer working as my HP smart app is prompting me to "update payment method" via visiting my account on the instant ink site.

 

However, every time i log into my account instant ink does not recognise that I am enrolled and is telling me to setup a service using a claim code, but i already used the code on my origin service which isn't being recognised.

You need to contact Hp instant ink directly in your country so that they can assist you in this matter.

I see that you are not able to login to your Instant Ink account and use the printer.

 

To assist you better, I would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
