I recently purchased an HP ENVY 6032 printer and started the enrolment for HP Instant Ink, however mid way through the process I had a network error. When I tried to enrol again it said my account already existed. I was able to log into it but because of the error during enrolment I was unable my friend's referal code to claim a free month of Instant Ink. I also had another promotion to apply.
Can you advise how i can possibly add the promotions now please?
Could you send me an image of the promotional offer and also share the code (box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
