Product: HP Envy photo all in one 7100
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Signed up to instant ink, online it says ink was shipped on 06Jan21 (that's 16 days ago by the way) however no tracking number and I've now run out of coloured ink

 

I can't print out a project tonight which is precisely what I wanted to avoid by signing up to instant ink in the first place

 

I've also wasted a few pages of print and paper doing a "head clean" as I believed there's no way the bad prints can be due to low ink as I've signed up to instant ink!

 

Very disappointed
