Hello, I've just tried to sign up for the InstantInk to get cartridges sent automatically when the ink runs out.
I did all the step by step, and at the end, when I select "Start Paid Service", i get an error message saying "There was a problem finalizing your subscription". But it's not telling me what the issue is.
What can I do please?
Many thanks

Take that as a sign --no to use that service!! When you load their cartridge, it does something to your printer and they also monitor how much printing you do. Also, they can shut your printer down for the slightest little reason!! I tried it and when I canceled the service because it wasn't worth it I had problems installing brand new cartridges. I kept getting a message that the cartridge was defective. After several tries, a lot of troubleshooting, and a couple of trips to the store to buy new cartridges, I finally got that message to go away. The saga continues because now my cyan cartridge is not working; and I went back to the store to purchase another new cartridge. That service is a racket and HP should be ashamed of themselves!! You will do better ordering from Amazon or going to the store yourself!!!
