My sister gave me a Hp Envy Pro 6458 printer which she was given to by one of her customers in her cleaning business. I tried to setup the instant ink, but it says this printer already has instant ink account. How can I fix this?

Please check if the previous printer owner has subscribed HP Instant ink?
