I received two emails from HP out of the blue as follows for my 2 HP Printers - This is one :

As you requested, your Instant Ink subscription for HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e All-in-One Printer is now cancelled. We want this transition to be smooth for you, so here are a few final reminders:

 

I DID NOT REQUEST This ! and have been a happy Instant Ink user for many years.  The Pro 8034 is one month old and came with free Ink for a year, I called support and was told I'd lost the years free ink and the 300 rollover pages on my other HP printer. After much persuasion and long waits on hold she said she had reinstated the free ink but couldn't do the rollover pages,  I thought that was the end but upon checking all she did was re-enroll me for a year at full price of $59.00  & NO FREE PAGES.. Apparently there is no recourse to get my "Free" years ink back or my 300 rollover pages.This mysteriously occurred the  day my 30 day Amazon return window closed ?

This happened once before and I only lost the Free pages but the agent was able to re-instate the. No luck with this agent.

FYI Printers were both on line & synced at the time.
