I have an hp inkjet printer that I’d had enrolled in instant ink. At some point I was still enrolled according to the app and billing but my printer said I was not enrolled. I was busy at the time and just stopped my subscription to instant ink. Now I’m trying to restart it and the same thing is happening. I was billed for an instant ink subscription yet my printer says it’s not subscribed. When I open the app to try to get it to sync with the printer on one screen it tells me that I’m currently enrolled yet on another screen it shows that my printer is not enrolled. It’s the only printer on my network and on my app. I tried using the virtual assistant and tried to chat with customer support but the assistant was no help and the chat link did not work.
