I purchased my printer just over 6 months ago and took advantage of the FREE Trial for Instant Ink - nothing to lose.  I almost immediately received 2 cartridges (thank you) which I subsequently installed. It is now 6 months later and I just received a message the cartridges will no longer work - because I cancelled my subscription - I print very little and suspect there is little to be gained or lost in a price comparison.

Just seems petty to make these cartridges un-useable and certainly UN-GREEN (I’ll send them for recycling with INK still inside).  Luckily I have 2 new cartridges on standby.

HP gone down in my estimation.

USERS beware if you are subject to same rules without spare cartridges to hand you’ll be unable to print until you buy new ones

Your registered email address
Your Instant Ink account ID
Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink
Confirm your address,
