I have cancelled my instant ink subscription which ends in 22nd June. I have removed both instant ink cartridges and replaced with hp shop bought ones. However I am unable to disconnect my printer from my subscription account and when I print it is adding the pages to my cancelled subscription

Hi @Drit65,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the Instant Ink account!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check Printer Enrollment Status: Ensure your printer is no longer enrolled in the HP Instant Ink or HP All-In Plan for Print.
- Home/Home Office: Sign into your Instant Ink account.
- Business: Sign into your Instant Ink for Business account.
Remove Instant Ink Cartridges: You did mention replacing the Instant Ink cartridges with HP original cartridges purchased from a retailer. Ensure these new cartridges are installed correctly.
Reset Printer: Perform a printer reset which may help clear any errors or residual connection with the Instant Ink service.
- Instructions:
- If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.
- Press the power button to turn off the printer. If the printer does not turn off, disconnect the power cord from the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the power source.
- Wait 60 seconds.
- Connect the power cord directly to a wall outlet and to the printer.
- Turn on the printer to complete the reset.
Firmware Update: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up-to-date. HP regularly releases new versions with enhancements and fixes which can resolve many issues.
- Go to Update the firmware on an HP printer for instructions.
Disconnecting Web Services: Make sure Web Services are turned off. You might need to disable them to completely sever the connection with HP Instant Ink services.
Ensure Internet Connection: Ensure your printer is correctly connected to the internet if required for specific settings adjustments. If the printer is disconnected, it might not sync correctly with your account changes.
I hope this helps.
