Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Sir/madam, 

Hp instant ink cartridges that designed to use in USA can be used outside its originally designed region.?(Sri lanka)

Please remember that I have no serial number of the printer or any other information about the printer other than printer model. (Hp deskjet 2722)

Please help me because I could not find the answer any website including hp customer support and hp instant ink website. 

I need to know just it can be used or not. Please give me firm advice.

@ind82, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

No, you cannot use Instant Ink cartridges in Sri Lanka. It can only be used in the US or the country it was bought in. There is no Instant Ink service available in Sri Lanka as of yet.

This printer uses HP 67 ink cartridges in the Asia region.

If you have this set of ink cartridges and the printer with you, we can try to perform a region reset.

Without the printer or the printer driver installed on the computer, we cannot perform the reset.

 

To buy the compatible ink cartridges, you may visit Hp Store or buy them from a local store nearby.
