I have requested ink 3 times now. The last shipment in June was never delivered. DHL shows it was delivered but when you click on the USPS they say they are still waiting for it. I requested ink weeks ago and never received anything. Since the cartridge you all sent when I originally signed up for instant ink would no longer read, you said you could not send cartridges until I resolved the issues. I tried cleaning all the contacts as recommended. That did nothing. I had to go out and buy a new cartridge from the store to resolve the issue. My color is now out and I still do not have a cartridge. I am about to cancel this service because it is pointless. You all have billed me $50 for nothing. I have spent that money and still had to go out and buy my own cartridges. On my second request for ink the cartridges never shipped. On my third request for more ink today I was told to wait 2 more weeks. Sure just let me tell these folks I will send there documents over in 2 weeks once HP send me the cartridges I have paid for.

I have emailed you. I have also cancelled my account. You all billed me for overages even though I had rollover. I have had to buy my own cartridges twice now. I have paid instant ink for a full and got nothing from it. I still have to go to the store. This service is pointless.
