I'm registered for the Instant Ink scheme and receive emails telling me I'm getting close to my limit etc but for weeks and weeks I have been unable to log in to my Instant Ink account. I keep getting told to try again later. I've tried clearing the cache etc on my lap top but it makes no difference. Not happy about this situation following other problems since

Thank you very much for your comprehensive reply. I have tried a diiferent browser but get the same message 'Something unexpected happened etc'. I have now managed to access my instant ink account via signing in to my HP Account so will do that in the future. Thank you again and a Happy New Year.

Hi @Angliaspur,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're unable to log in to your Instant Ink account despite receiving emails about your subscription, and you've already tried clearing your cache and other basic troubleshooting steps, here are some steps you can follow to resolve the issue:
1. Verify Instant Ink Website Status
- Check if the HP Instant Ink website is down or experiencing issues. HP Instant Ink - Manage your account
2. Browser Troubleshooting
- Try a Different Browser: Use an alternative browser like Edge, Chrome, or Firefox to access the Instant Ink website.
- Use Incognito Mode: Open the website in a private/incognito browsing window.
- Disable Extensions: Turn off browser extensions, especially ad blockers or privacy-focused tools that might block access.
3. Reset Your Account Password
- If you're able to access the login page, try resetting your password:
- Go to the Instant Ink login page.
- Click "Forgot password?" and follow the steps.
- Use the link sent to your email to create a new password.
4. Flush DNS Cache
On your Windows 11 device:
- Open the Command Prompt as an administrator.
- Type: ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
- Restart your browser and try logging in again.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
