Deskjet 2630

I received my new instant ink replacement cartridges, I removed the old ones as I have done several times before and went to insert the new ones, they are not clicking into place and fall out. My printer is a deskjet 2630 are 65/304 are these the correct cartridges for this printer ? I haven’t had this problem before, can anyone help??

@Nicovonhair, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand the replacement ink cartridge sent is not sitting in the slot correctly. 

Make sure the plastic tape if any, is removed from the new ink cartridge before placing it in the printer.

 

Check if the ink cartridge is properly placed. Kindly refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges

 

If the issue persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
