I have been an instant ache subscriber for several years. I had an issue over the weekend with a cartridge that was mailed to me in February 2023. I had to go purchase an ink cartridge that would work in my printer over the weekend because I couldn’t get any support. HP will do nothing for me as far as a refund I have spent about $95 in fees for the instant program in the last 16 months and they will not give me any type of a refund for the fact that I had to go purchase a black cartridge over the weekend. I am not going to do business with HP ever again will never buy another HP product
