HP OFFICEJET PRO 8025e

I purchased my HP Printer in March and it shows on my account that my instant ink welcome kit had been shipped on 3/26/2021 however, it is now 5/4/2021 and I still have not received it and the tracking shows as unavailable. I am completely out of ink. I’ve tried chatting with customer service for help and it’s automated so I get nowhere. I ended up purchasing ink but I still would like to know how to get the welcome kit resent? I signed up for instant ink for 6 months and haven’t received any ink at all the last 2 months . I just need help figuring this all out. Thank you .
