Hello

I have a problem (free ink trial)

It says (No charge for up to 700 pages per month during Trial months)

133 total pages printed

My plan 100 pages a month (£3.49)

And I used 100 of 100 used (plan pages)

But why it says (Additional Pages) 33 of 40 used (4 sets purchased)

Do I get charged for Additional pages?

But it says no charge for up to 700 pages per month during Trial months

Billing for your plan pages will start on 02/11/2021

Someone help

Hi @MoALBATRAN7,

I'd like to help!

I understand you were charged for additional pages.

Yes, additional pages used are charged during the current or the next billing cycle.

Each additional set of 10 pages for $1.
