Instant ink did not send a new black cartridge prior to it running out. When trying to get support, it asks to connect the printer to the internet, however, the screen menu is locked with the message, "Ink Cartridge Problem. The following ink cartridge(s) must be replaced". Pressing any of the keys around the screen display does not respond, so I'm unable to re-connect the printer. Any ideas how to get the printer re-connected so I can get a new cartridge sent?
