Hello, I want to make a complaint about the Instant Ink as I feel it is a scam and I get charged way more than normal ink. It says up to 70% off well I am probably paying 300% of normal ink and then to top it off they want the ink cartridges back when you cancel. I've tried the chat bot it is very basic it doesn't want me to complain. Where can I send an email
