I have Instant Ink, but the printer does not recognize my color cartridge. Instant Ink says I'm not due for new cartridges, so it won't send me any new ones. I have followed the online troubleshooting steps (cleaned the cartridge heads, power cycled the printer, etc), but it's still not working. Trying to get help through the online support virtual chat just goes around in circles. Can anyone please let me know how I might get a replacement cartridge? Thank you
