I brought a ink tank printer 319. Not able to register the product in my HP account with the serial number of the printer. It says as invalid serial number. The serial number which is picked form the HP smart app is used.

To know how to find the serial number of the printer, click here

Make sure the serial number you are entering to register is correct. Recheck the alpha-numeric code.

 

Click here to register the product.

Thankyou for the link to register the product. Registration Confirmation page arrived. However, how to call the customer care for support. If I go tot the 'contact us' option, it again asks for serial number and again says as invalid serial number.

Sorry, completely annoyed with HP. Please refer the attachment.

 

1. How to reach customer care without the serial number. Need customer care number for India team.

2. When it is invalid, how can I update the customer care on the problem.

The issue is HP smart app is showing a wrong serial number with additional characters. Able to find and got it all fine.
