HP Instant Ink
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Instant ink sent me the replacement cartridges January 2023 in June of 2023 I ran out of the black ink and shortly thereafter the color started fading on the print jobs however the level in my diagnostic you're showing that I still have plenty ink but there's not.  I even printed out the diagnostic reports, etc.  when I first started out with instant ink with the starter pack those are 65/#140... Which is what the online store sells for my printer Deskjet 2622.  And I found out that the cartridges are received in January 2023 are65/304 so during this whole year I've already printed more than 120 pages,  so yes technically I should be out of ink which I am, but the levels are still showing that there's a good portion of ink in each of those cartridges so customer service was unwilling to send me new refills.

Thank you to those who replied we greatly helped because there's nowhere on an hp.com website that I was able to find that explained why there's now or 65/304 and even the cable chart on the website for what printer goes with what cartridge the HP Deskjet 2600 series gets the 65 and it says the 304s are for the Western Europeans versions.  HP instant ink did send me just recently a new set of 65/304 install those and hopefully that will fix the problem.  However My account dashboard for HP instant ink since my printer is basically no longer supported since it was manufactured in 2018 and I purchased mine in 2020 but it's not that old!!  Thank you everyone!
