Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Is 'FastForward www.securitos' HP certified to offer support for HP printers? I found them on the HP  help page, paid them for fixng my printer and for one year help on a few other gadgets (if needed) but I cannot contact them now that I need their help. Would appreciate knowledge of their legitimacy and suggestions on how best to contact them. Thanks
