7920e is a model within that series.
Models are frequently only differentiated by market (where sold), perhaps color, number of tray (for printers that include models / options for more than one tray -- Slight model differences but essentially the same printer.
The Full Feature Software / full driver printer software is the same for each of the models within the series.
