I keep getting charged by HP for printing… on a printer I own. Just got charged for something like $10.73. ???? And that’s after noticing other smaller charges. What gives? I have ink. I own the printer - not HP. It’s Big Brother watching me via the HP app on my computer. If I have an ink need based upon my usage then send me another cartridge and charge me. But I haven’t received cartridges and I just got charged. If I’m getting billed by usage then why did I purchase this printer? I could just have my local Kinkos print everything if that was the arrangement I wanted. I’m furious. I think this is illegal - charging for ink that’s not delivered or charging for printing on a printer I own? It makes no sense. Anyway I’ll be canceling; uninstalling the (crummy) HP app; and demanding a refund. I’ll buy ink from Amazon.

Hi,

I don't know much about this plan. But I think you need to think like you are paying in advance.
