No, it would not be possible to purchase a genuine (OEM) HP print head for your HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 Wide Format All-In-One Printer (Y0S18A). HP does not manufacture, store, or sell most replacement parts for this printer anymore.
According to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=Y0S18A&searchby=product, see under: "Ink and Printhead" it shows the part number you need: M0H90A "SuperAmp Rplcmnt Kit (PHA, host Cart)".
You can purchase a quality print head replacement online, such as via Amazon-UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Azusumi-Printhead-Replacement-Parts-OfficeJet/dp/B0CBZPKG2J/ref=sr_1_4?crid....
