HP Recommended

I have a Samsung Xpress M2830DW, and I noticed recently the printouts have some black smudges and around the same time I noticed the toner warning light start to blink. I assume the black smudges have to do with the orange warning light. And if so would it be recommended to replace toner cartridge and can it be cleaned ?

Take note that you have separate toner cartridge from toner drum, and it could be toner drum issue.
