Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is the printhead in an Envy 6052 replaceable?   My printer sat in storage unused for a few months.  I have utilized the nozzle cleaning features in the app several times and it gets no better.  I received a message on the app that stated the printhead should be replaced, but I can't find one online nor can I figure out how to remove the current one.  There isn't a lever to release it as I have seen in videos online for other HP printheads.

Hi,

The printhead is integrated within the ink cartridge itself in such a printer and if any printer maintenance doesn't resolve the problem you would likely need to replace the ink cartridges which would likely get clogged after a long time on storage

 

Additionally, print and evaluate a Printer Status Report , does it missing the black color, any specific color ink? you may compare the results with the shown example:
