Does anyone know if there is a way to clean out the hopper at the end of the transfer belt, without having to remove it from the end of the belt?

I have removed one before but couldn't work out how to get it back together again when all the gears fell out

You can try holding the shutter on the bin open and gently tap while holding the be!t with the shutter side down. This will remove most of the waste but if the cleaning blade is damaged it might not improve your print quality that much.

Nope, if you want to clean it good disassembly is needed.

Oh well, I guess it's in line for a new transfer belt then.

Yeah I've got what seem'd a good amount out a few months ago. It never stopped though and even though I removed some it was like a new ending supply of powder.

Now it's leaving marks again so looks like I will have to get a new transfer belt system.
