Hello, I have bought HP 203x Black Toner from Turkey, but it doesn’t look original to me, can you please help me to be sure?

There appears to be a QR code on the top, scan that and it will tell you if it is genuine. Is there something in particular about the cartridge that makes you think it is not OEM?
