HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw

Recently started getting this /sticky\ spot where ink isn't going where it should and then repeating down the page.  Happens with black and color  (shadowed print is on the other side, please disregard)

Is this a roller issue?  Any way to solve it quickly?

If the marks are repetitive (duplicate down the page) measure the distance between to defects and that will tell you what component is causing the problem if you consult a repetitive defect chart. Could be something stuck to the fuser but this engine design does not provide easy viewing of the fuser assembly.
