I understand your HP Ink Tank Wireless 410 printer is experiencing an issue where it's only printing in pink, which indicates a problem with the other colors not reaching the print head. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

Check Ink Levels:

  • Make sure that the ink tanks have sufficient ink. If any of the tanks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) are low or empty, refill them.

Perform a Print Head Cleaning:

  • Use the printer's maintenance tools to clean the print head. This can often resolve issues where certain colors are not printing. This can usually be done via the HP Smart app on your Android device.
  • In the HP Smart app, go to Printer Maintenance and select Clean Printhead. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Print a Test Page:

  • Print a test page to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the problem is with the specific document or a general issue with the printer.

Check for Air Bubbles:

  • Sometimes, air bubbles can get trapped in the ink system, preventing ink from reaching the print head. Gently tap the ink tanks to release any air bubbles.

Inspect Ink Lines:

  • Ensure there are no blockages or kinks in the ink lines from the tank to the print head. Any obstruction can prevent ink from flowing properly.

Firmware Update: Update the firmware on an HP printer

  • Make sure your printer's firmware is up to date. Firmware updates can resolve many issues and improve the performance of your printer. You can check for updates via the HP Smart app or the HP website.

Recalibrate Printer:

  • Sometimes, recalibrating the printer can resolve color issues. This can usually be done from the printer's settings menu or via the HP Smart app.

Check for Software Issues:

  • Ensure you are using the latest version of the HP Smart app. Reinstall the app if necessary.
