Hi. I bought and registered my HP printer in Germany. Now I have moved to Romania together with the printer.  I want to register for HP Instant Ink to get my ink supplies. However, when I am registering, the website redirect me to Germany region, and I can only choose Germany as the delivery address.

I heard that I need to change my printer or ink cartridge location from Germany to Romania in order to replace a new ink cartridge. When I try to change the location the option is not available. I also want to subscribe the Instant Ink service. Could you please guide me through step by step?

Hi,

You would need to cancel your existing HP Instant Ink service, follow the 'Cancel your account' section below:

Once cancelled, you would need to create a new HP Account within the new region and enroll your printer, see the 'Move your service to another country/region' section of the same document.

Hi Schlomi, tx for the reply but i have already canceled the instant ink subscription and created a different account - after logging in on the new account and registering the printer (more specifically after inserting the serialnumber) i automatically get rerouted to the german site where the option to change country is again not available.
