So I thought what is the harm in buying the cheap ink cartilage, but it was the opposite. I then I returned to regular hp ink cartridges but the color streak and wrong coloring stayed put and it won’t stop. I’ve cleaned it multiple times and this has been used with brand new hp cartridges. I just wish my blue/purple type colors would print again normally. any tips on this issue as I’m stumbled. Even my dad had the same printer Is having these same issue.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
