Product: HP DeskJet Plus 4152 All-in-One Printer

My Jet Plus 4152 All in one printer is no longer printing in black and white (color printing ok)

Things I've tried:

Did hard reset of printer

Replaced with HP ink cartridge

Cleaned printer head w/app multiple times

When I go to make a  "copy", it sounds like it's printing but page comes out totally blank

Tried to download firmware but said couldn't because no firmware available for this device.

Tried printing from computer and phone

 

PLEASE HELP!

I’ve got the same problem  my printer takes paper and printing nothing it’s blank pages. But the cartridge is full.

You have to pay a $19.95 diagnostics fee if you're out of warranty. They don't guarantee a fix. [content removed]. Good luck.
