Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M280nw

Jag har skrivit hp Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M280nw som har fungerat relativt bra. Jag använder hp original tonerkassetter. När jag nu sätter i en ny hp original toner kassett får jag felmeddelandet "Skrivaren känner inte igen chipet i kassetten" och skrivaren fungerar således inte. 

Jag har tvättat hyra kontaktblecken startat om enheten som fungerar inte. Sätter jag tillbaka den tomma kassetten fungerar det.
