Hello. Whenever I print something from my phone on the Word app or a PDF, the text is blurry/has a jagged edge. When I hold the resume button on the printer, it prints out a Network Configuration page and the text looks perfect. Why?

I hope someone can help. Thanks.

That the network config page prints properly suggests that the printer is fine and the problem is either a setting or the driver you are using to print. How are you sending jobs to the printer?

I'm not sure what a driver is. I'm just using the Word app on my Samsung Galaxy phone. I also tried printing a PDF through the HP Smart app and the result is the same. Jagged text (with spiky edges).

I just looked at what a driver is. Is it something I have to download on my phone?
