I keep getting an ink error,   "there is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on, if problem persists contact HP.

I have just put in all brand (HP) new ink cartridges and got this error right away. I have already unplugged and plugged back in, nothing happened. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd love to help.

If you insert your old set of inks, do you still get the error?

Let me know 🙂

Thanks!

I installed multiple brand new HP Magenta 951 Cartridges, and keep getting "one or more ink cartridges appear to be damaged. I then replaced all of them. Same "response"  "appear to be damaged" showing the majenta cartridge. Rebooting, cleaning, "hard" reboot (unplug) has not changed anything.
