Hello, I bought HP LaserJet M15W in UK a few years ago, which it used 44A cartridges. However, now I moved to HK, which M15W uses 48A cartridges that I am only able to buy 44A cartridges here.

The HP website says M15W should be compatible with both. That’s why I purchases a 48A cartridge.

My printer keeps showing 'incompatible toner' after I tried to put in a 48A HP original cartridge and it doesn't allow me to print, and there is no way I can buy 44A cartridges in the HK.

I saw another post very similar to my issue and it was solved properly. Therefore, I would appreciate that you could let me know how to do NVRAM reset to let me use the printer properly?

Thank you very much for helping.

Hi @leungp,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd be happy to help you!

Since you moved to a different region, this unit needs a region reset. To get the reset done I recommend you contact phone support for more details.

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.

Please check your inbox on the forums page for the private message.
