HELLO, i am having problem with my printe like my printer is unable to print the yellow color on my printer and also the second day i am having problem with the black color of the printer, whats my question so whats your thought on this issue is there any posibilty that both my cartriages can damage one day afer another, please some one explain to me what wound be the problem

Try these steps:

Check Ink Levels:

  • Ensure that the ink levels for both yellow and black ink are sufficient. Low ink levels can affect print quality.
  • Use the printer's control panel or the HP Smart App to check ink levels.

Printhead Cleaning:

  • Printhead clogs can cause colors to stop printing. Perform a printhead cleaning cycle using the printer's settings. You can also manually clean the printheads using a lint-free cloth and distilled water.
  • Access the 'HP Smart App' and go to 'Print Quality Tools' to perform a cleaning cycle.

Check Ink Tubes:

  • Ensure that the ink tubes connecting the ink tanks to the printhead are not blocked or air-locked. Sometimes, air bubbles can cause intermittent printing issues.

Check for Firmware Updates:

  • Verify if there's a firmware update available for your HP Smart Tank 529 printer. Firmware updates can resolve unexpected issues.
  • Visit HP's official firmware update page: HP Smart Tank 529 Firmware Update.

Reinstall Ink Cartridges:

  • Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly seated. Remove the cartridges and reinstall them securely.

Perform a Power Reset:

  • Turn off the printer and disconnect it from the power source. Wait for 30 seconds, then reconnect and turn it back on. This can reset the printer's functions and sometimes resolve issues.

Check Printer Settings:

  • Ensure there are no settings on the print job preventing certain colors from being printed. Verify print settings in both the application you're printing from and the printer's driver settings.

Run Diagnostic Tools:

  • Use diagnostic tools provided in the 'HP Smart App' and the printer's own diagnostics menu to identify and fix any issues.
