La cartouche ne communique pas avec l'imprimante

Bonjour

La cartouche noire ne communique pas avec l’imprimante. J’ai tout essayé, à savoir réinitialiser l’imprimante, nettoyage des têtes de lectures, des contacts, mettre à jour le micrologiciel, utiliser HP Smart, HP print et Scan Doctor.

Pour imprimer maintenant je suis réduit à utiliser la Cartouche unique alors qu’abonné à Intant ink depuis l’achat de mon imprimante HP Envy photo 6230, je reçois très régulièrement les cartouches et je les installe sans problème.

J’aimerais pouvoir utiliser ma cartouche noire sans user « bêtement » ma cartouche couleur. Merci de m’aider.
