Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 559 Wireless All-in-One

E' la prima volta che partecipo alla Community ed ho un problema, ovviamente.

La mia stampante Smart Tank Plus 550 non mi stampa più il colore giallo quando ieri stampavo  una foto formato 3,5 x5" 

in qualità DPI max. il risultato è stato una fotografia sfondo viola. Ho fatto test qualità di stampa e risulta che manca il colore giallo. Ho fatto diagnosi stampante e risulta tutto perfettamente in ordine. Ovviamente l'inchiostro è presente.

DPI max utilizzato solo 2-3 volte. e il formato 3,5x5" è la prima volta che lo uso. 

Spero di avere esposto chiaramente il mio problema. Grazie
