Hi @mmmmmm8,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To change the language settings on your HP LaserJet MFP M140w printer, you can follow these steps.
Access the Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Ensure your printer is connected to the same network as your computer or device.
- Open a web browser on a computer or device connected to the same network.
- Enter the printer's IP address in the browser's address bar and press Enter. The IP address can usually be found on the printer's control panel or by printing a Network Configuration Page.
Navigate to the Settings:
- Once the Embedded Web Server (EWS) page opens, navigate to the "Settings" or "Configuration" tab. The exact wording may vary depending on your printer model.
Change Language Settings:
- Look for an option related to "Language" or "Language Configuration."
- Select English (or your preferred language) from the available options.
Save Settings:
- After selecting English, look for a "Save" or "Apply" button to confirm the changes.
- The printer may restart or apply the new settings automatically.
Test the Settings:
- After applying the language change, verify if the notifications from the Instant Ink service now appear in English.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

I don't have a problem with the language setting on the printer. Thats in English.
My problem is that the InstantInk service (where they sent the new toner to your home when its empty) is only communicating in Greek and I do not understand Greek.
