HP Recommended

My Laser Printer Pro MFP M283cdw started to print all-black pages only. Facts:

  • I use genuine HP cartdriges
  • The issue happens when printing and making copies.
  • Regardless of the devices used, the issue is the same.

Based on previous comments, I see many people have experienced the same issue, but none have received a solution. Please help. I use this printer for work.
