Product: HP LaserJet Pro 100 color MFP M175nw

I just recently received this printer to help fix it. Is this a drum or toner issue? Or a hardware issue?

Worried if I buy the replacements drum and toner it would still have the same issues.

i just replace the drum and toner, but i guess this is more of a hardware issue?
