Trying to change toner cartridges. The printer sends the correct toner to the front when the button is pushed but the cartridge won't release. I've watched multiple videos that say just pull up and out. Mine won't pull up and out. They won't even budge. They will roll downward or roll upward but will not release it's position. None of the cartridges will. I'm at a loss. Been at it for 2 hours now. Unplugged the machine, reset the whole thing, still no success. I've never had a printer do this before. Ideas?
