99% of my job is regular printing. I'd say 1-2 times per week, I have to print 1 document on glossy paper. The words being printed are double and triple printed due to residual ink I guess. I have looked everywhere for a different print setting like "Photo" and cannot find it for this printer anywhere. Any help?

Is the glossy paper you are using rated for laserjet printers? If this paper is heavier than normal paper, then your issue is caused by the fuser not bonding the toner properly, either because it cannot transfer enough heat or the glossy surface simply does not retain the toner.  Refer to the user guide HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148-M149, HP LaserJet Pro MFP M227-M229, HP LaserJet Ultra MFP M230-M231 User G...

You need to set the paper type on the printer through either the toolbox utility or the Embedded Web Server. The guide explains how to access.

It is not Laser Jet paper. I work at a car dealership and this only happens when we have to print a Temp Tag. Temp tags are almost like a plastic material rather than paper. My co-worker has an HP LaserJet and his printer works fine. All his papers come through much slower which I am guessing gives the ink that extra second to dry before roller comes back around? My printer prints very fast compared to his on all prints.
