LaserJet M175nw

I have an HP LaserJet M175nw which gets a faded white line down the center of MOST but not every single page.  I have changed toners, changed the drum, but it still persists.  Sometime after multiple prints or running the cleaning it will go away briefly but then returns.

Also it seems to only affect a certain particular grayscale shade.  I have reset settings to defaults also.

I feel like possibly whatever powers the fuser/drum might not be fully working when trying generate that specific shade or color.  Does anyone know what board/component that could be, or have any other suggestions on things to try?

You will notice in this photo in only appears in the top area but areas right below it print perfectly fine. You will notice in this photo in only appears in the top area but areas right below it print perfectly fine.

Hi @Bartem,

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps!
