I use a HP Color LaserJet M452nw to print colour work. I replaced the colour cartridges (CF411X (Cyan)/CF413X (Magenta)/CF412X (Yellow)) 9 days ago now and for some reason the yellow cartridge was not being used when printing jobs sent from any PCs. The printer and PCs are connected via local area network, a policy applied to the PCs in the room to discover & connect to this printer on startup. I have used the printer's menu to print off diagnostic reports, supply status pages, anything to test the colour printing and all of these pages use the yellow cartridge, they all look perfectly normal. But any jobs sent from PCs come out far more blue/purple than they should because there is no yellow being used in the colours.
