Microsoft Windows 11

LaserJet Pro M201dw is printing lines on paper even after new toner installed so it isn't a toner issue; what else can we do to fix this?

That looks like a bad toner cartridge.

We already replaced the toner cartridge or do you think even the new one was bad so we should try 1 more?

remove the toner, inspect bottom side the green drum if it has black lines then toner is bad. There is no other component of the printer that can produce those kind of lines.
